Tresses by Deidra offers wigs, hair extensions, faux locs, hair pieces, and wig-related services. All products and services are intended for personal use only. 

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS 

Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for the customer and are considered final sale. Please review all product details carefully before placing an order.

PRICING & PAYMENTS 

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers. 

Accepted payment methods include:

• PayPal 
• Apple Pay 
• Google Pay Card and digital wallet payments are processed through Stripe. 

Tresses by Deidra does not store full payment card details. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full. 

FINAL SALE POLICY 

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for additional details. 

ORDER PROCESSING & DELAYS 

Processing times vary by product and are listed in each product description. Processing time does not include shipping time. 

Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Tresses by Deidra.

 If a delay is caused by Tresses by Deidra, customers will be notified via email and/or official social media channels as soon as possible. 

While delivery timelines are determined by the carrier, we make reasonable efforts to prepare and ship orders in a timely manner.
