SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are processed within 7–15 business days, depending on the product purchased. Processing times are listed in each product description and should be reviewed prior to purchase. 

Processing time does not include shipping time.

 

SHIPPING METHODS 

All orders are shipped via UPS. 

Available shipping options include: 

  • UPS Ground 
  • UPS Express (where available) 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. 

Tresses by Deidra is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

 

DELAYS


Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Tresses by Deidra.

In the event that a delay is caused by Tresses by Deidra, we will communicate updates to customers via email and/or official social media channels as soon as possible.

While delivery timelines are ultimately determined by the carrier, we remain mindful of known delays and make reasonable efforts to prepare and ship orders in a timely manner.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES 

Once an order is handed over to UPS, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers must file a claim directly with UPS. We will assist with providing documentation if needed.
