Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products sold by Tresses by Deidra, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, faux locs, or hair pieces for sanitary and hygiene reasons. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for: 

  • Buyer’s remorse 
  • Ordering the incorrect size or length 
  • Preference changes after purchase 
  • Any item that has been worn, altered, washed, styled, or damaged 
  • Any item with the tag removed or tampered with 

 

EXCEPTIONS 

  • Exceptions may be made only if the item received is incorrect or significantly not as described. 
  • To be eligible for an exception: 
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order 
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition 
  • All original tags must be attached 
  • Original packaging must be intact Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 

 

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCEPTION 

If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at info@tressesbydeidra.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

All hair products are considered final sale unless explicitly approved otherwise in writing.
